I see my clients in one-to-one consultations via Zoom.
Our starting point is a comprehensive discussion of your personal story, symptoms and desired health goals.
At your initial consultation, we will discuss your medical and family history, your lifestyle and diet, to determine underlying root causes for your health concerns.
I use a functional medicine approach to uncover links between the different body systems and assess how they may be impacting your current health.
I may suggest tests that can be done by your GP or more specific testing, done through private labs. High quality supplements may be recommended to support nutritional deficiencies.
I work with my clients as a partnership and together we create a personalised health plan that is easy to follow and fits in with their tastes and lifestyle.
My approach is always food first and I want to inspire you to enjoy a range of foods. We may tweak your diet to crowd out specific foods, that could be contributing to your symptoms but always ensuring that your meals are balanced, nourishing and suit your personal tastes.
From working with my clients, I have seen that nutritional therapy and health coaching gets best results over a series of 1-to-1 sessions, to support clients as they make progress, regain their health and food confidence.
'One-off' appointments are not adequate for the support, contact time and coaching that is required to establish new eating and lifestyle patterns.
I welcome a preliminary call with potential clients, to discuss their goals and answer questions about the process.
I offer one-to-one consultations in 10 week packages via Zoom.
My packages start from £295 and include:
Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire and 3-day food diary
Initial consultation - 90 minutes. An depth health and lifestyle assessment to discuss symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress management.
Follow up consultations - vary from 30-60 minutes
Functional medicine matrix to assess underlying causes
A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, updated after each consultation
Listing of current medication and supplements, to assess nutrition interactions
Recommendations on clinical tests and test interpretations
Health coaching tools for personalised health coaching to support food and habit change
Meal plans and recipes
